Return Policy
1. No Returns or Exchanges
As a provider of customised corporate and promotional gifts, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and supplied. Each product is tailored to client specifications, making it unsuitable for resale or redistribution.
2. Order Approval & Confirmation
Before finalising production, we provide a detailed order confirmation, including product specifications, customisation details, and digital proofs (if applicable). It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve these details carefully. Once approval is given, no changes or cancellations can be made.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
A clear description of the issue.
Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Upon review, if the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect or shipping issue caused by us, we will provide a resolution which may include:
A partial refund.
Replacement of the affected product (subject to feasibility).
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
4. Order Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our products, order cancellations are only possible before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
